Mission
The workshop encompasses data communications research focused on problems of particular interest in Latin American and the Caribbean.
Full papers should be written in English, with no more than 20 pages, double space, 12pt, including figures. They are reviewed by a TPC of approximately 10 researchers.
The meeting is 2 days, single-track, and includes tutorials on the previous day. The meeting is held in Latin America, and occurs once every 2 years approximately. The meeting is bilingual, and the tutorials have been offered exclusively in Spanish. Attendance is open.
