Nominate a new editor-in-chief for CCR by Feb 29. Ion Stoica has won the 2007 CoNEXT Rising Star Award Sally Floyd has won the 2007 SIGCOMM Award SIGCOMM Election Results are in for our new officers. Congratulations to new chair Mark Crovella, Vice-Chair Henning Schulzrinne, and Secretary-Treasurer Tilman Wolf. Five SIGCOMM members have been selected as 2006 ACM Fellows: Albert Greenberg, Roch Guerin, Lixia Zhang, Nick McKeown, and Vern Paxson. Don Towsley has been named the recipient of the 2007 IEEE Kobayashi Communications Award. Vern Paxson has won the first annual SIGCOMM Test of Time Award for his paper, "End-to-End Routing Behavior in the Internet," from SIGCOMM 1996.
